How to apply ElevenLabs to the business today:

  • Create daily or weekly podcasts via written documents

  • Allow other team members to craft a message and send it to your families with your voice

  • Create unique emails leveraging voice memos instead of traditional text emails.

Advanced:

  • Use a voice created by ElevenLabs to power an avatar of yourself (more on this in a later AI Edge!)

The voice generation capabilities of ElevenLabs (and others) are still in their early stages—which is both exciting and a little unsettling. Even in its infancy, the technology is remarkably good, and it will only continue to improve.

This evolution means our communication with clients and their families can be scaled like never before. Imagine leveraging a personal AI avatar to send highly personalized messages at scale—without having to craft every word yourself. Your own LLM, trained to match your tone and style, could enable an ops team member or junior advisor to draft a portfolio and market update and then use ElevenLabs to speak that in your voice. The message could include a PowerPoint deck with the client’s portfolio statement, your face, and your voice—all without you ever touching it. That future isn’t far off.

Before diving in, I’ll walk through how to generate your own speech and showcase some of the other voices available on the platform. At one point, the video will transition from my real voice to my AI-generated voice—and I’ll also share two different AI versions of myself. Pay close attention to how realistic they sound. And remember, we’re still in the early innings of this technology!
